Our Coaching Process

Each client's coaching journey is unique, and it's important to remember that Small Steps lead to Bright Futures. With this philosophy in mind, here’s what you can expect from my packages…

  • Whether you’re just starting to explore ADHD coaching or simply want to see if we’re the right fit, this is your first step. It’s a supportive space to ask questions, get curious, and reflect on what kind of support might be most helpful for you or your family.

    You can choose from two options:

    Free Clarity Call – 20 minutes

    A short, no-pressure Zoom call to connect, ask a few questions, and explore if coaching feels like a good fit.

    Extended Clarity Session – 45 minutes

    A deeper, more spacious session to talk through your strengths, goals, challenges, and get a feel for the coaching process.

    Many people begin with the Free Clarity Call and then choose to book the Extended Clarity Session to continue the conversation more deeply. You’re welcome to do both — or start with the session that feels right for you.

    The Extended Session is a bookable offering and is not included as part of the free call.

    Each session may include:

    • An overview of how coaching works

    • Space to reflect on your goals, support needs, or questions

    • Time to get a sense of the coaching relationship and approach

    These are not full coaching sessions, but a calm and guided first step to help you make an informed decision — with no pressure to commit.

  • If Coach and Client agree to work together, a Coaching Package is booked and an Intake appointment is scheduled. This appointment encompasses the following components:

    Further exploration and establishment of overall goals for the coaching partnership

    Discussion of what is relevant and important for the client to work on

    Partnership to discuss and clarify the coaching agreement

    Review of any additional documentation to enhance the coaching experience

    Narrowing down specific desired outcomes/intentions for the client to work on

    Discussion of what ongoing sessions will look like i.e. frequency, time, delivery

    Opportunity for clients to ask questions, seek clarification, and engage further in the coaching experience

    For teens, an initial 1:1 parent consultation is necessary.

  • Subsequent appointments in Coaching Packages encompass the following:

    We will continue to cultivate respect and trust in a safe, non-judgmental space, while developing action items to achieve intentions and positive outcomes, which may evolve over time.

    We will embark on a transformative journey of growth and self-discovery, seeking to empower you to lead a more meaningful, fulfilling life and embrace your true, authentic self.

    Subsequent appointments for Teens can be conducted either 1:1 or with parents, depending on their preference, necessity, and comfort level.

  • Reassessment and review of progress at the end of the package is conducted collaboratively.

Delivery: Face-to-Face or online via Zoom

Package: 6 x 1:1 Coaching Sessions

Duration: Sessions are 50 Minutes

Availability: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays
