The teenage years bring added responsibilities and the quest for independence.
Transformational Teens
Their unique way of thinking can lead to creative and innovative ideas. Hyperfocus, when channelled effectively, allows for intense concentration and productivity in areas of interest. They often bring high levels of energy and enthusiasm to tasks they enjoy, inspiring others around them.
Additionally, Teens with ADHD can be highly empathetic, and able to understand and connect with others on a profound level. Their keen sense of adventure and spontaneity make them open to new experiences and willing to explore new avenues.
Alongside these strengths, they can also face challenges that can impact their daily lives.
Teens may find it hard to focus on school, complete homework and/or household responsibilities, manage impulsive behaviour, maintain social relationships, and cope with strong emotions.
How Can My Coaching Help?

I work collaboratively with teens, providing a supportive, non-judgmental partnership. We focus on building and increasing their self-awareness and self-compassion, empowering teens to thrive in all aspects of their lives.

Together, we work to harness and cultivate their strengths, educating them on their unique ADHD brain wiring, and developing strategies to manage challenges.

We work together to break down barriers, set attainable goals, design structures to reach those goals, and create action plans for success.
